DIAMOND VAULT ORDER INFORMATION

 

  1. BY MAIL: To place an order, send us your name, address, city, state, ZIP and country along with the item number (if applicable), item name, quantity and price. Pennsylvania Residents must include 6% Sales Tax. All order should also include shipping costs (see Shipping Notice below). Please include payment for the full amount otherwise we will not be able to process your order.
  2. VIA INTERNET WITH CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS (DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY, SORRY) E-mail us your name, mailing address and any items you wish to order along with your phone number. We will call you back to verify your order and at that point you can send us your payment for the full amount we quote by phone. Pennsylvania Residents must include 6% Sales Tax and all orders include shipping charges.
  3. VIA INTERNET WITH CREDIT CARDS (FOREIGN AND US) You must take the following steps to order by credit card over the Internet. We recognize that the Internet is not yet viewed as totally safe by all people for the e-mail of credit card numbers so we have set up the following method of ordering via the internet.
    1. Mail or phone us with your credit card name, number, expiration date and your name as it appears on the card along with an e-mail address, a listed phone number and address where you can be reached.
    2. We will give you a verification code which should be included with your first e-mail order to verify it as being authentic to you.
    3. Once we verify your personal information, we will e-mail you a final confirmation.
    4. When ordering by e-mail, include all of the information mentioned in the method for ordering by check, except include the verification code we supplied you.
    5. We will verify your order by phone for domestic orders and by e-mail for foreign orders.
    6. When you receive your order, the Invoice number on your receipt will serve as the verification code for your next order.

    We realize this is a bit complex, but we want to provide you with protection so that your ordering may be done more conveniently.

  4. We accept VISA and Mastercard, checks and money orders. All payments must be drawn on United States funds. We must hold all checks five days before shipping your merchandise. Money Orders and credit card orders can be filled right away subject to availability of merchandise and acceptance of your credit card.
  5. Please allow one to three weeks for shipping. Items in stock are normally shipped on the day the order is received. Temporarily out of stock items usually can be restocked within a week. If you order an item that has been discontinued or is permanently out-of-stock, we will notify you before we fill your order so that you can decide what you would like to do.
  6. GUARANTEE:We offer a four week guarantee on all merchandise that it is free from manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective piece of merchandise, please notify us and we will provide you with the proper procedure for replacing it. We will replace it for you free of charge.

    NOT COVERED:When you buy a MAGIC effect, you are buying a SECRET. Once you open an effect, the secret has been sold and knowledge cannot be returned. The props included with the effect are secondary. We will only accept items which have not been opened and are in a sealed state as they were when they left the Diamond Vault. There is a 10% restocking fee for any non-defective returned item.
