DIAMOND VAULT SHIPPING INFORMATION

To calculate shipping costs:

1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY:

   To calculate shipping and handling for normal shipment within the United States:

   1. All orders have a $3.00 shipping and handling charge for the first item, and add $1.00 for each additional item.
   2. Add an extra $2.00 for each book in your order.
   3. Add an extra $1.50 for each video in your order.
   4. If the product description specifies additional shipping charges add those also.
2. All items are shipped first class via the United States Postal Service and all items are insured.
3. If you prefer other shipping arrangements, please let us know and we will provide those rates for you.
4. FOREIGN SHIPPING ONLY
   1. All foreign orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service using Insured Air-Mail. E-mail us with your order and we will let you know how much shipping costs will be, or use the scale for domestic orders, but add an additional 25% of your total order as a charge for shipping outside the United States. If you order by credit card, you will only be billed for the EXACT AMOUNT of your shipping costs.
